The Pacojet 4 redefines traditional food preparations from scratch. It all starts with market-fresh ingredients – herbs, fish, meat, fruit, and vegetables. Deep-frozen foods made with fresh ingredients are micro-pureed using overpressure without thawing. This allows the ingredients to shine in their purest, most natural form. This results in dishes packed full of flavour, with ultra-fine, airy textures.
Pacojet can be used for all sorts of dishes – sorbets, ice creams, mousses, soups, concentrates and more. The new fourth generation is packed full of the latest technology. From Wi-Fi connectivity to energy-saving standby modes, the latest iteration delivers improved performance, reduced running costs and user-friendly design throughout.

Choose between pacotizing with the classic Pacotize mode in 4 minutes or the Jet mode in 90 seconds. Jet mode allows rapid preparation of recipes with a high sugar and fat content (e.g., ice creams)
Repeat mode: Pacotize on repeat up to 10 times. This results in particularly light and creamy consistencies with maximum time efficiency
When using overpressure, the Pacojet works at up to 1 bar. This results in a volume expansion of approx. 20¿30% – ideal for creating foods such as mousses with a creamy-light consistency and intensifying flavours
Save and load settings – preparing your favourite recipes in advance makes your kitchen even more efficient
