Created in collaboration with famed Italian pastry chef Emmanuele Forcone, this colour delivers exceptional results for all your sugar work and decorative needs. From vibrant macarons to stunning sugar paste creations and glistening icings, just a small amount of powder delivers intense colour results.
Ingredients – Colourings: E151 (Tit:16%), E132 (Tit:8,5%), E102 (Tit:5,1%), E122 (Tit:3,4%), Diluent E514 (60%).
Storage Instructions – Protect from light and air. Store in a cool and dry place 20/25°C. Keep closed.
