Pujadas Blue Polinorm Gastronorm Lid 1/6GN
Easily identify ingredients and finished products with the Pujadas 1/6GN sized colour-coded range of Polinorm lids. This blue lid is suitable with almost any suitably-sized gastronorm tray, whether it’s made from stainless steel, plastic or even ceramic options.
The lid is designed for everyday commercial use, so it’s made to withstand a wide variation in temperature (-40˚C to 110˚C) – perfect for storage in fridges, blast chillers and coldrooms. It’s specifically food safe too, so you know it’s suitable for covering trays of food.
This blue lid is ideal for colour-coding trays of ingredients – blue is often associated with raw fish.
