Dr Oetker Scotbloc Plain Chocolate Flavoured Drops 3kg
Simple, fast and effective, Dr. Oetker Professional Scotbloc plain chocolate flavoured drops are easy to melt and suitable for all bakery and catering requirements, such as coating, drizzling, shaving and enrobing. The coating requires no tempering and can be used over a wide temperature range, making it practical and versatile for a perfect finish.
Ingredients – Sugar, vegetable oil (palm), WHEAT flour (with calcium, iron, thiamin (B1), niacin (B3)), fat reduced cocoa powder (15%), whey powder (MILK), emulsifiers (SOYA lecithins, polyglycerol polyricinoleate), flavouring. Nutritional Info (per 100g): Energy: 2194KJ/526Kcal, Fat: 32g, of which saturates: 25g, Carbohydrates: 51g, of which sugars: 38g, Fibre: 5.6g, Protein: 5.8g, Salt: 0.3g.
