Elizabeth Shaw Dark Mint Chocolate Cremes are perfect when served with after dinner coffee or as part of a sumptuous afternoon tea. Each bite combines tempting dark chocolate with a wonderful mint fondant centre. Individually wrapped in silver foil, these decadent treats are a great for any restaurant, bistro, or coffee shop. They are gluten free.

Ingredients – Sugar, dark chocolate (18%) [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, vegetable fat (palm, shea) in varying proportions, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifiers: lecithin (SOYA), polyglycerol ricinolate; flavouring]; glucose syrup, water, humectant: sorbitol syrup; natural mint oil.
