Electric salamander grill will reach temperature in under 20 seconds and you can select how many elements you want on – it can dramatically reduce power consumption by up to 70%. The hi-touch salamander takes hi-lite technology one step further. It now responds to human touch.
- Rapid Heat up time 0 – 200ºC in under 20 seconds – allows cooking on demand
- Fitted with Plate detection bar – switches heating elements on and off when loaded and unloaded
- Fitted with 3 High powered heating elements – with a choice of element selection – all 3 on, or individual elements on – again saving energy
- Height adjustable grilling elements – can come down to 25mm above product
- Easy to clean – removable grill tray (water can be placed inside tray to create humidity and reduce “fat flare up”)
- Fitted with push button electronic controls and audible electronic timer
