Giorik Movair MTE523 Medium use, 5 x 2/3gn electric combination oven is ideal for smaller operators who want a compact sized combination oven but with all the attributes of larger heavy duty ovens. It is designed for ease of use with it’s ergonomic programmable 7″ touchscreen control and is a breeze to clean with the integrated automatic washing system . It will run off a 13 amp 230v electrical supply, allowing it to be installed in most kitchens.
- Capacity – Holds 5 x 2/3gn at 75mm shelf centres
- Recipe menu book Store up to 99 present menus – 9 phases of cooking available in each programme, this can be modified and stored to suit your needs
- Multi level shelf cooking – each shelf having its own timer allowing breakfast menus etc to be easily designed
- Recipe Tuner – When in a programme you can adjust the colour of product or cooking and times and temperature automatically adjust
- Delta T Cooking – Core cooking probe is supplied as standard with Delta T function
- 4 cooking modes – Hot air only, Hot air with adjustable humidity (ideal for baking), Steam only or Combination cooking steam with hot air
- 3 speed cooking fan fitted with automatic fan reverser – gives even cooking results – no need to turn pan around!
