The True TSSU-27-12M-C-HC FLID prep counter fridge is a fantastic solution for reliable space-saving cooling. With space for up to 12 1/6th size gastronorm trays across the top, combined with a generous 184 litres of total storage throughout the unit – so there’s plenty of room for all your most-accessed ingredients.
The True counter fridge is specifically designed for reliability, performance and energy efficiency. With True’s “HC” hydrocarbon refrigeration system and accurate digital controls, not only is food kept at precise storage temperatures for extended periods, the unit uses less energy when operating, helping to reduce running costs.
On top, the True features a handy lid which is removable if required – providing extra working room during busy shifts. Once you’re all done, it’s easy to replace, and thanks to the strong stainless steel construction, the whole unit is easy to clean down at the end of a busy service.
